After 18 years with a retail location we have moved our custom framing business to our home. Hart Road Picture Framing is now Picture it Framed, and our new location is less than a mile from our current location in Summercrest Plaza - just call Robin at 503-848-0237 or 503-848-0422 for an appointment. This is a big change for us, but will allow us to continue to offer quality custom framing at affordable prices.
